About this house rental
Welcome to your private retreat: a sprawling 6,500 sq ft estate nestled on over two acres in Poway, just 25 minutes from beaches and 30 minutes to downtown San Diego.
At this home you’ll enjoy:
• A private pond with kayaks available, perfect for quiet mornings or sunset strolls.
• A sparkling pool and hot tub, plus fire-pit and outdoor kitchen – ideal for family gatherings or production groups.
• Inside: vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, chef’s kitchen with oversized island and high-end appliances.
• Fun for all ages: a play-room featuring air-hockey, foosball, stage, classic games; a small gym area with free weights and yoga mat.
• Sleeping space: 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests in comfort (no bunk-beds, only plush linens and quality beds).
• Primary suite: cathedral ceilings, fireplace, dual walk-in closets, spa-inspired bathroom with Jacuzzi tub & walk-in shower.
A rare estate experience that blends luxury, nature, and flexibility — whether you’re here for family time, a friends’ reunion, or a branded production.
