The rooms are so clean and the bed is super cozy! Well looked after. Easy check in and out. Staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! We had to check out and check in into another room (we had two different bookings) and they were so helpful with it. We were allowed to stay in the first room until the next room was done for check in so we don’t have to wait. This was absolutely amazing and we appreciate this a lot. Always fast responses from the Hotel Staff and just a great experience and stay we had. Definitely better than any "normal" Hotel room as you have your own little apartment. So easy to get around too as the bus station is right in front of it. 10/10 and highly recommend. We will definitely come back in the future.
We loved everything.

Convenient, clean, well priced with two air conditioning systems (one for each bedroom) which is a must for SG! Cold water in the fridge for our arrival!

Great value & modern amenities: The price was very reasonable, and all the facilities were brand new, which was fantastic. Having access to a kitchen was also a huge plus.
Helpful host: The host personally met us upon arrival and kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs (which was very appreciated since there is no elevator).
Responsive communication: While the automated messages on Booking were a bit frustrating, direct communication via WhatsApp was smooth and pleasant.
Attentive service: When we mentioned the Wi-Fi issues, the host actively tried to fix them for us.
Storage: The room featured a surprisingly large closet.
Accessibility & Parking: Note that there is no elevator in the building. Additionally, if you arrive by car, vehicles cannot stop directly in front of the door, so you'll need to walk around the building with your bags.
Water Refills: Drinking water is provided on the first floor, which is a nice touch, though it tended to run out by around 6:00–7:00 PM.
Sound Isolation: The bed is positioned right near the entrance door, and soundproofing is minimal. Guests frequently chatted in the hallway late at night (between 10 PM and past midnight) and early in the morning, making it hard to get a quiet night's sleep despite the room's quiet-hours notice.
Room Size: The room felt somewhat smaller in person than it appeared in the photos, though the storage helped.
Booking Messaging System: The automated replies on Booking felt a bit repetitive and occasionally sent responses in Chinese to my English messages. I’d recommend messaging the host directly on WhatsApp for much smoother communication.
