Hermosa casa

We moved out before the first night...

Nothing.

- the host forgot to send us directions to the house and didn't reply to any communication on the day of our arrival and the day before. We got her on the phone in the afternoon of our arrival day. - The house is infested with mold. All the ceilings have moisture stains. Both bathrooms have black mold.on the ceiling. In the main bathroom, about 1/3 of the ceiling is either stained or covered with black mold - I had a heavy allergic reaction (didn't know about this allergy) and had to go to the doctor and take strong medication for the rest of the trip - aside from that, the house seems like a DiY-Project. You can literally see it in every corner. The stairs are uneven, steep, no handrail and no protection of the cutout in the first story, so don't go here with small kids - there was no shower head in the main bathroom - there was also quite some dust - thought the location up on the hill was ok. If you're fit, the walk is no problem. But I wouldn't take for that location again. - generally overpriced The host was not helpful at all helping out. Promised to take care of the issue and call, nothing ever happened. If you ever need booking's customer service, good riddance! Do yourself a favor and book something else!
