ARNAQUE VOLEURS
Honnêtement, c'est le pire hébergement que j'aie jamais connu lors de mes voyages...
1. Personne ne répond au téléphone avant le jour même de l'arrivée.
2. L'enregistrement est prévu à 17 h, mais on ne peut entrer qu'à 18 h, et personne ne donne la information.
3. En entrant : pas de savon.
4. En entrant : pas de champú.
5. En entrant : pas de papier toilette.
6. En entrant : pas de draps.
7. En entrant : pas de couvertures.
8. En entrant : pas de climatisation ni de chauffage.
9. À la réception, ils exigent 500 euros, sinon impossible d'entrer !! (Dépôt de garantie.)
10. Ils ne vous montrent pas la chambre, ne vous y accompagnent pas et ne vous disent rien sur son contenu ou sur ce que vous devez faire (comme le ménage).
11. La piscine était immonde.tres sal 12. J'ai quitté l'appartement à 9 h 30 (ils n'ont pas rendu l'argent ; ils ont dit que cela prendrait 24 heures).
13. J'ai voulu qu'ils viennent inspecter l'appartement avec moi (ils ont refusé). 14. Vous savez pourquoi ? À 18 h, j'ai reçu un message disant que c'était sale et qu'ils me facturaient 90 euros ?? C'est du vol. Pourquoi ne pas avoir vérifié quand j'étais sur place ?
15. C'est une arnaque, ce sont de vrais escrocs. Imaginez combien d'argent ils volent chaque jour sans que personne ne puisse se plaindre, puisqu'ils ont les coordonnées de votre carte bancaire et peuvent débiter ce qu'ils veulent. Plus jamais. Des voleurs.

2. La entrada es a las 17h pero entras a las 18h sin que nadie te de información

7. Entras no hay frazadas.

9 cuando llegas a la recepción te pide 500 euros si No no Entras!!( Garantía.)
