The location is super convenient, close to the subway station and shopping malls & restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning night view of KLCC. Whenever I had any inquiries, the host/ staff were extremely polite and replied instantly. They are very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The only minor issue was the lighting in the living area. The spotlight shines directly on the sofa area, which makes sitting there a bit uncomfortable. It would be better to adjust the direction of the lights or switch to a different type of lighting fixture in the future.

If you expect an hotel service, like many people do, you will be disappointed. This is a kind of self-service residence where you can interact with staff via WhatsApp. Once you understand that, the place is enjoyable. Great pool and common areas. Very well located.

It can be extremely busy aroud checkin and checkout time. Elevators are packed at rush hours and you might end up waiting in a line for a long time.
