Nice value for price

Location Nearby metro

Some issues with AC were reported to the host. Promised to make actions. You can’t really use the windows inside.

1 Night for 5 adults

Great location, very good kitchen, 3 bathrooms for all the guests and very comfy beds We were just staying a night to continue our vacation to Barcelona, but everything we need ( nearby restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) was met. I’ll definitely choose this place again!

You need to be careful with the stairs as all rooms were at the basement. The balance between too hot and too cold with the shower is also a bit tricky

Nice apartment, a few improvements could make a big difference

The apartment is in a good location; a nice residential area with easy transport to the city centre. Access into the building and apartment was straightforward with the use of a code. The rooms were all a good size and nicely decorated. There was a good ratio of bathrooms.

Although the apartment was generally clean, there was some hair left in one of the showers. The sofa bed had stains on it, thankfully we did not have to use it to sleep on. It would have been nice for the bedrooms to have bedside lights, not just the main overhead lights. I would prefer the blinds in the rooms to be more opaque - they opened into a communal internal courtyard and were a little see-through. The extractor vents in the bathroom did not feel powerful enough and without windows they quickly got stuffy. On our arrival, there was air-conditioning was on in all the rooms but after we switched it off and tried to start it again, it wasn't working well.

Satisfied overall

Very clean and equipped with the right facilities

The rooms are downstairs which are only accessible through the stairs
