The staff were wonderful — a special thank you to Muhammad anoy , he was excellent at his job and always made me smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location too.
Everything was great — no complaints at all.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, just a few steps away from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The markets and shops are also conveniently located close to the hotel.
The carpets could use more care and maintenance. At times, there was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite bothersome. However, the staff were very cooperative and kindly offered to change my room, which I appreciated, although I was unable to move to another room for several reasons. The room cleaning service was acceptable overall, but there is still room for improvement.
