The apartment was really spacious and comfortable, beds where comfortable, it had all the amenities in it, the bath radiators were dusty so before putting my towel on them I had to clean them but that was fine, overall we really liked the apartment
The only thing was that our room was right next to the door that everyone comes through after the elevator so there was constant banging at 2, 3pm from people coming to their rooms, could do with a soft close door or something just not to disturb others when coming back from a night out especially rooms with children in them like ours, we did request a cot but in the evening was told there's not one available but we managed

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It was spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, The location was also great, with easy access to Birmingham city centre and nearby restaurants and shops. Check in was straightforward, and the host was helpful and responsive.
