Not worth the rate of 230 they were charging per night

Location was good. Manging co was helpful but the owner pf property not good

We stayed at this apartment for five weeks while traveling for my brother’s eye surgery. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, especially considering we paid over $7,000. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean and several basic necessities were missing. There wasn’t even tea or coffee for guests for the first couple of days. The property also did not match the description. One bedroom had mold, no closet or cabinets to store clothes, no bedside table, and we had to live out of suitcases on the floor for our entire stay. The second bedroom’s shower was extremely small and had no proper handle to open the shower door from the inside. After his surgery, my brother—who had very limited vision—became trapped inside the shower because he couldn’t find a way to open the door. He experienced an anxiety attack before we were able to help him. This was a serious safety concern. The refrigerator was not working properly, causing us to lose nearly $300 worth of refrigerated eye drops we had brought from the United States, as well as the groceries we had purchased. The water heater also stopped working for two days, leaving us without hot water. This was especially difficult because my brother needed to shower before his surgery, as he was instructed not to shower afterward. I sent the host a detailed email explaining these issues, not only to help improve the property for future guests but also hoping they would offer a fair courtesy refund. After several attempts, we received only 145, which was disappointing given the extent of the problems and the cost of our stay. The jacuzzi and garden were also not maintained as expected and did not add the value advertised. Based on our experience, this property was not worth the price we paid. I would not stay here again . If the owner of the property had been co operative and had worked with me regarding refund, I would have but not with the attiute the owner has. Management co tried to get me good refund

לדירה יש פוטנציאל להיות ממש מוצלחת, אם בעלי הדירה היו משקיעים בה יותר ומתחזקים אותה בצורה טובה יותר.

בדירה קיים עובש שחור והדירה מסריחה ממש. הגענו משפחה של 5 נפשות, בפועל הבן שלי ישן איתי ועם אשתי באותה מיטה לאורך כל הטיול כי הספה שבסלון הייתה מסריחה וללא מצעים. במהלך השינה טפטף עלינו נוזל מהספוטים בחדר השינה למרות שאפילו לא ירד גשם באותו יום. באחד מחדרי השינה הפרקט חורק ממש, אין אפשרות ללכת בשעת לילה מאוחרת לשירותים מבלי שזה מעיר את הדייירים. בעלי הדירה נכנסו לדירה והכניסו ציוד לחדר השירות במהלך השהות שלנו למרות שביקשנו מהם שלא להיכנס. במהלך השהיה שלנו ביקשנו שמיכות נוספות, בעלי הדירה ביקשו מאיתנו לקחת אותן מחדר השירות שהיה מלא בעובש, בקיצור לא קיבלנו שמיכות. ישנו במשך קרוב ל-10 ימים שני הורים וילד בן 10 באותה מיטה עם שמיכה אחת
