Nice apartment but rude host

The property was clean.

The attitude of the host. Very rude and txted in Whatsapp with MANY links. Have to chase her with code for the property of few hours before check-in. The keys were left on 2nd floor and noone to open the doors downstairs. Late hours texts from host.

Great location, helpful host

Good location, very near metro to get to majority of attractions. Easy to reach from Train station and then get to airport on way back (even with a train strike!). Lots of space for the three of us Really clean, lovely set up. Bed was comfy and big enough for two adults and a toddler in the middle. Was nice to have the second bedroom when needed or convert into a living space when needed as bed folded back into sofa. Fridge was huge, so could store water and drinks as well as food. Was a clothes horse for drying clothes if needed. Bathroom was lovely, shower good power and heat. Easy to access, great instruction sent by WhatsApp beforehand and really useful information provided in terms of what to do during out stay etc. Very quiet apartment block (we’d stayed in Naples the nights before and could hear everything from the other apartments), this was much quieter.

No air con, no fans. It’s was averaging 32°C each day and it was hard to come back to and then try and sleep (and get a toddler to sleep) in a very warm apartment. Meaning we had to have windows open at night and therefore tolerate outside noises (hello bin lorry at 6am!) to try and have some cooling. Also we’d picked an apartment as we planned to cook and eat at ‘home’ the majority of our stay. There was no washing up items (e.g. washing up liquid, sponge, cloth etc) so had to buy some. There was no kettle (well we found one in the store cupboard in a bin bag that was black and gross inside), just a coffee machine which again you needed to buy pods for but we’d brought a coffee contraption with us but needed a kettle. Only one shelf in oven, so when we needed to cook more than one thing, had to do it one at a time - not ideal to eat as a family.

Ubytování v tomto apartmánu bych hodnotila velmi kladně. Prostředí bylo krásné a čisté. Vše odpovídalo předchozímu popis

Zejména komunikace s hostitelkou, velmi jednoduchý check in a check out.

Mi-a placut curatenia, amplasamentul fata de statia de metrou. Un mare avantaj a fost dotarea fiecarei camere cu aer conditionat care ne-a asigurat un somn linistit si confortabil.

Nu am nimic de reprosat.
