We love the fact that it was away from Bellagio. We had nice walks every day about 30-35 minutes. Great exercise. Quiet environment. magnificent view from our apartment we practically spend the whole time on the balcony and look out at the lake and Bellagio. It was close to the beach, markets, bakery, cheese, store, bar pub.
We could use a microwave sometimes and a Panini machine. Also the fact that there is no elevator could be challenging for somebody older to climb the stairs with the luggage or groceries.

Appartement bien placé, métro et gare pas loin, nombreux commerces et restaurants de quartier (bon signe, bons prix, bonne qualité).
Spacieux pour 3, correctement équipé pour petit-dejeuner.
Climatisé et silencieux.
Quelques éléments ont besoin d'être réparés ou lavés mais l'usage est possible.
Caution de 200 euros un peu longue à récupérer mais récupérée.

Buena ubicación, con el metro al lado y la estación Central a unos 15 minutos andando. El apartamento tiene buen tamaño para ser Milán y la relación calidad-precio puede ser razonable teniendo en cuenta los precios de agosto.
El apartamento está bastante más deteriorado y menos cuidado de lo que muestran las fotografías. La limpieza es claramente mejorable: encontramos suciedad acumulada en la mampara del baño, manchas en el sofá y paredes, menaje deteriorado...colchón poco cómodo y usado
Al llegar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba por falta de pilas. Tuvimos que utilizar las de otros mandos para solucionarlo, en plena ola de calor y viajando con una niña. Lo comunicamos por Booking y no recibimos respuesta. Además, al utilizar las pilas de la televisión, finalmente no pudimos utilizarla. Tampoco pudimos utilizar la lavadora porque no había detergente ni un lugar adecuado para tender la ropa; preguntamos y la respuesta no solucionó el problema.
También echamos en falta algunos básicos para cinco días, como paños, servilletas, papel de cocina y más papel higiénico (2 rollos).
