Instalações novas e de bom gosto, muito conforto, roupas de cama e banho novas e excelentes, localização perfeita, mimos surpresa.

Clean, good location
The communication before check in arrangements could be more responsive so that we can purchase the train tickets sooner

The location was very good for us. It isn’t walkable from the Train Station, but taking an Uber was pretty easy. From the property it was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. And we felt like we weren’t surrounded by tourists (even though, of course, we were)
No complaints. I could see how it could be confusing to check in, but the communication was so clear, it ended up being simple.

Location and price. Though self-service, the instructions were reasonably clear. But not much warmth
No staff and unclear if any other living souls within the building so had an eerie vibe!! All self-check in. Also, no safety peep hole to see out the door in case someone knocking. Just very odd
