A wonderful small, brand-new boutique hotel with a very personal touch and an exceptionally kind and welcoming owner.
We arrived early in the morning, planning only to leave our luggage before heading to Tianmen Mountain. We never expected that we would be able to check in straight away – and we were even offered breakfast! It was such a warm welcome and a wonderful start to our stay.
The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but this was never a problem. DiDi is very easy to use, readily available and inexpensive. In fact, we appreciated being away from the busiest part of town and enjoyed the more peaceful surroundings.
Another excellent benefit is the complimentary transfer service to and from both the airport and the railway station, provided in a very comfortable luxury van.
A beautiful new hotel with genuinely warm hospitality. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again.

Lovely boutique accommodation near Zhangjiajie and Tianmen square. Lovely room and staff great
It’s a about 15 mins out of town or 5 to the mountain but really cheap to get a DiDi into town or to the mountain (a few pounds) and taxi comes quickly
