Wonderful stay! The room exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and welcoming and had a breathtaking view over the river. It was very clean and had everything we needed. All staff were friendly and accommodating. We would like to give a special mention to guest ambassador Feng Yi-Jie who was there to help English speaking guests.
Hotel is in a good central location. There is a free laundry and a luggage storage room.
As with many hotel in Chongqing, this one is inside a multi purpose building which which can make it a bit tricky to find the first time but once you know where to go it’s easy to find . You enter through the Vienna hotel building and go to the top floor (32)
We liked everything. We didn’t find an ironing board in the laundry room or our room after we did laundry, but we also didn’t ask anyone, so it’s possible there is one.

The location is amazing, the views of the rooms are even better than in the pictures and the staff is amazing – so kind and helpful! After 18 days of travelling in China this was without a doubt the best place to finish my trip and recharge! If i’m ever back to Chongqing I will be back there, amazing price for quality!
