Very unprofessional and disrespectful stay

The house itself was really good, nice with two toilets one upstairs and one downstairs. Location is okay, it's a 5 min walk to the closest station which is quite close to Shinjuku

When arriving to the accommodation, the code the host gave us for the keylock was wrong. I tried reaching out to him on the emergency number he provided but no answer. It took them 20 minutes to give us the correct code while we waited outside in the rain. The listing said clearly that it was 6 beds at the house, we were 6 people staying here and when arriving it was only 5 beds in total. I asked the host why there is only 5 beds and he answered that there was 2 Japanese futons in the closet. In the closet was only a broken bedframe with 2 broken bed bases. There was no way for the host to provide another bed which we paid for because it clearly said it in the listing, if we paid for 6 beds we want 6 beds. 2 nights into the stay the host texts me with an opportunity to change house to another one on Airbnb and fittingly we have also apparently gotten a noise complaint from one neighbour. The host was really pushing us to change accommodation because authorities would get involved with the noise complaint etc. I think the whole situation was very unprofessional with first of all not even being able to have correct information on the listing as well as not even giving the right code for the key box making us wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes and also pushing for us to leave and get a refund for the last nights

Not comfortable airbnb standard

Liked that it was in a accessible location.

The lack of facilities to make daily living easier. Alot of hazards around the house. Broken beds, building materials. Not good esp with kids around. Our daughter got hit by the broken bed.
