Nice, big room and balcony in a brand new apartment building. The room was spacious and very modern. The balcony gives a wonder view of Porto, Gaia and the Dom Luís I bridge. The view was the most pleasant surprise of our stay.
Excellent communications with the owner.
The bathroom is huge and modern. The kitchen is serviceable with a large fridge and freezer.
The bed is very large. There is a smart TV with a remote but the smartbox was missing though the smartbox remote was on the table. We watched regular channels but Netflix and AmazonPrime seemed to be available as well.
The view from the rooftop is amazing. There is a small unheated pool up there that seems to be open 24/7 but way too cold in October.
We would stay again just for the view, price and facilities.
Parking is secure and very welcome but it is a crazy labyrinth with no signage for what floor you are on, only one way in and out/up and down and the parking site numbers have no relation to reality. Number 602 maybe be followed by 101 followed by 403. Very very tight and pillars everywhere. The planner must have been drunk! I would never drive a large car in there, there are spots in the street usually. Our Toyota Yaris fit, but we had to do 4-5 way turns a couple of times.
There is not much choice of restaurants or grocery nearby so come prepared.
There are no toiletries offered and though there were some coffee pods there is no sugar or anything offered so bring your own.
There is a ton of construction nearby for the new metro line so google routes and walking in the area were affected.

Las vistas y el espacio de baño muy grande. Tiene una terraza espectacular y te dejan cafe
El cafe nos lo vino a traer una señora sin picar a la puerta, directamente abrió sin saber si habia alguien dentro. Nos coincidió que estan levantando un edificio en frente del hotel por lo tanto el descanso no fue óptimo.

Todo perfecto, ubicación, limpieza, cama cómoda y bonitas vistas.
Sólo por mejorar poner alguna almohada un poco más blanda, me resultaron muy duras para mi grupo.

Lo mejor lo acogedor y cómodo. La piscina y el parking es un plus. Y las vistas increíbles!! La cocina estaba equipada al 100%.
La zona está en obras y están sucias las instalaciones exteriores además de con mucho ruido el día de semana. Hubiese agradecido que tuviese dos dispensadores de gel y champú en la zona de la ducha. Ya que no tenía, y tuve que comprar para dos días que fuimos.
