The apartment was in fact very central. Great location! Picking the keys at a grocery store was relatively easy. I did not mind it. The apartment was very quiet, which was very important to me.
Unfortunately "luxurious" is a huge stretch. I would advise the owner to remove that adjective from the title as it will only keep making the guests more disappointed. The apartment is not in the best shape and the materials used for the finishes (e.g. for the floor or kitchen benches) are of low quality. There is only one window that opens to the inside of the building so there is no view. I personally did not mind it that much as I guess it made the apartment quieter. The worst was that the apartment was not clean. Some of the kitchen utensils were sticky with dirt (kettle) and there was mold growing under the shower and a very strong moldy stench in the bathroom area. There was also unfinished laundry with wet bathroom mats inside the washing machine.
