Loved the beach n the safety of the place
The person I call for confirming my booking was in nice at the time we got on the place...I called him asking if we can come drop the bags 8 am ...he said no 10 am is good... because check inn was 14:00pm,then agree on the 10 am.... when we got there he changed the story...wa had to going around the area with big bags till 14:00 pm ...that was 😞 bad

The location was perfect in terms of a balcony sea view. One thing to note, you cannot always get from the property directly to the beach due to the lagoon/river tides making it inaccessible. But all ok, it's a 5min drive over the bridge to get to Uvongo beach.
One or two of the facilities were not functional i.e. Washing machine not switching on and gas braai was partially working. Other than that everything was as advertised.

Every thing was 10/10 however the bathroom drain in the main bedroom was blocked

The location was great. Easy access to the nearby shopping centre and the beach. The security of the unit and estate were much appreciated.
Although it was neat, there were multiple areas that were unkempt and the wardrobes were very dusty and had a lot of ants. The Couch had crumbs on either side of the cushion. The shower had mould which made taking a shower unpleasant.
