The apartment is appointed as if staying at a friends house and not at a commercial let

The property was fair and well located for the centre of Lerici but the route home was challenging due the very steep slope and steps, with limited nightime illumination that needed to be climbed. This was not clearly detailed in the property description. The property would not be accessible for someone with poor mobility

The property description only very generally aligned with the actual property. The issues were Kitchen - No dishwasher, No toaster (the agent claimed that this was the sandwich maker). The kettle was only sized for one cup, There was no oven, as per the details provided when booked, but the agent claimed that there was a combined microwave/oven but there were no instructions how to use the oven function if this was available. There are a number of odd items in the cupboard which included a part consumed red wine bottle, used packs of disposable cutlery. There was a copy of the owners passport!!! Bathroom - Free toiletries amounted to some soap on the handbasin. No shower gel only a random collection of part used shampoo. There was a random collection of items in the bathroom cabinet but we were unsure what of the many items was available for us to use. The wall hooks were loose and not useable. Sea View - very limited views. Garden View- we had a view of the road. Balcony - The balcony was barely usable by more than 2 people because it was cluttered with a large crate, two plastic boxes, one of which was collecting the water dripping from the AC system and washing machine - were the bits available for us to use? Twin bedroom - who built the chest of drawers? the runners on the top draw box were fitted the wrong way round!!! Main bedroom - there was an odd shopping bag with some plastic bags and a pair of flip-flops, a wooden box which included a phone case...why? The property needs to be tidied up as if it is a commercial let - remove the random clutter. Provide a welcome pack which clearly identifies the where, what and how and provide the basic kitchen and bathroom toiletries if these are to be provided.
