We have arrived in the property earlier than expected and the staff allowed us for an early check in with no hassle. Bed was upgraded to king suite from double bed. So far our stay was good except from the internet connection. It was lost in the morning.

The staff was friendly and welcoming
It was a quick check in
Beds n sheets were clean although weren’t that comfortable and gave us sore backs
Toilet was leaking water on the floor
3 tubes of full shampoo would’ve been good as we only got 1 tube that was half of shampoo in it as there was 3 of us
Overall cleanliness was good
There was heating which was great as it was a very cold night
