This is a family owned hotel.
Clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Wifi was spotty but worked most of the time. Breakfast had to be ordered 30 minutes before time as the mother of the family serves as the cook too.
As there is not a restaurant very nearby we suggested to them to either get microwaves in each room or 2 in the dining room. Guests need to be able to warm up food. Need rubber mats in bathrooms as tiles are very slippery and people can get injured easily.

The staff allowed us to check in early. The hotel is a short walk to the train station if you are taking the overnight train to Da Nang. There is a rooftop pool with a few chairs and loungers (bring towels from your room). There is a Tea and Coffee house a few doors down that serves an outstanding dinner. If you're looking for a nice peaceful walk, across the street is a river walking path. The bed was comfortable, AC worked great and overall our stay met our expectations.
