This exclusive vacation home, featuring the two apartments “Mann & Fru,” is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Wustrow and was built in 2025 in the traditional style of an old captain’s house. Centrally located, just a few hundred meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, it blends harmoniously into the townscape with its thatched roof, bat-shaped dormers, and a planted stone wall surrounding it. Inside, tradition meets modernity—warm wooden floors against exposed concrete ceilings, high-quality Scandinavian-style furniture, and lovingly selected designer pieces such as lamps, paintings, and decorative objects. Both apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a sauna, a guest restroom, a washing machine, underfloor heating, and a modern ventilation system, offering a cozy vacation home with all the amenities year-round. The beach, the pier, the Wustrow harbor, as well as shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The “Mann” apartment is located on the first floor of the house and offers space for up to 4 people in approximately 90 square meters. The apartment features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a large south-facing terrace, and a small garden with a barbecue and a beach chair. The “Fru” apartment on the upper floor of the house also offers a cozy home for up to 4 people in a space of about 70 square meters, featuring a living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony, as well as 2 bedrooms. Of course, you can also stay together at “Mann & Fru” and use the entire house for up to 8 people.
Initial supply of towels and bed linens is included.
Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted in the house.
There is one parking space and storage for bicycles in a shed on the property.
