Deck: Full-size deck with two levels including a patio table/chairs, two-person glider, tiki bar, and a grill. It is right on the marina waterfront. You can dock your boat off of the back deck. Boats go by all day going in and out of Lake Huron. Beach: It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a private beach for island residents only. No crowds! Parking: Two parking spaces MAXIMUM. There are not places to have extra cars near the house. Extra vehicles would have to be left in town. Golf cart parked outside ready for use in summer months. Extras: We have two kids bikes, two adult bikes, two kids kayaks, and sand beach toys for your use. You will have access to the entire house.
