The house was very nice and the check in/out process was smooth. The communication was very effective and the willingness to address my concerns was very much appreciated. I will stay at this property again. Location from airport and attractions was great as well!!Thanks

The house was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was the only thing that needed some attention. It had a lot of algae growth on the walls and floor.

Wonderful! We only had one issue, which was immediately resolved by the host. Very nice unit, just as pictured. There was a little confusion about the renting of the grill - the grill is onsite, but it is locked. the 50 "cleaning" fee is required for someone to come and connect the gas and unlock the grill, even though the instructions seem to indicate that the cleaning fee is optional.

The house was perfect for our trip. Very clean and the setup is great. It is in a nice location and the subdivision pool area is perfect. If I had one critique and it is a small one, there are not enough kitchen towels. They are very limited everywhere - but enough for each room and that was fine. But in the kitchen, there is literally one dish towel and a sponge. That really is my only critique. But the house is good and I would highly recommend it.
