Awesome house. There’s a lot to do within walking distance. For gym people, the community center is less than a mile away and charges 5 a day for full use.

The house was perfect for what we needed although there was too much tech needed to deal with things at first until I realized I could also handle most things the old fashioned way. Beds were comfy, neighborhood was central to so many things and everything was very clean and comfortable. A few things came up here and there but the owner was immediately responsive and all little hiccups were taken care of efficiently. For instance, after 2 lukewarm showers we spoke up and he quickly responded with how we could adjust the hot water heater. After that, the showers were superb. After we left, I discovered that I left something small and trivial but important to me. The owner was awesome about getting it for me and letting my mom, who lives in the area, drop by and pick it up. We frequent the area and will be renting this house again if possible.

We stayed in this house as a mid point for college visits for our daughter. It worked out perfect! We also had our dogs with us so the huge fenced in backyard was perfect! The house had everything we needed. The area around was so cute, there were restaurants, coffee, ice cream etc walking distance.

This is such an easy place to stay. It's clean, comfortable and well-organized. Walk-in and chill.
