About this apartment rental
This 4-star vacation home, featuring two 60-square-meter vacation apartments fully equipped for 2 (4) people, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated, hedge-enclosed complex built in 1997, comprising a total of 4 vacation homes in a very quiet yet central location.
The complex’s facilities—such as a laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee), car and bicycle parking, a small playground, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue area on the lawn behind the vacation homes—can be used by all guests of the resort after consulting with the caretaker. The apartments on the upper and ground floors have separate entrances. Access to the upstairs apartment is via an outdoor spiral staircase.
Wi-Fi, a high chair, a travel crib, and a charcoal grill are provided free of charge! If desired, these items can be borrowed from the caretaker. Please return the rented items clean at the end of your vacation or have them cleaned by the caretaker for a cleaning fee of €5 per item. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the nearest restaurants, 5 minutes to the bakery, and just 15 minutes to the pier and Bodden Harbor.
The rental price is based on two people and includes the following: Electricity (not for electric car batteries), water, gas, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, bed linens (including made-up beds), towels, bicycle parking, and one car parking space.
ATTENTION electric car owners! This property does not have a wallbox! The nearest wallbox is located at Seestraße 76.
Unauthorized use of electricity from the property’s power supply to charge electric car batteries is not permitted!
For extra beds, we charge a surcharge of €5 per night for each additional person.
Additional laundry kits can be obtained from the caretaker service for €15 if needed.
The visitor’s tax will be collected separately on site by the caretaker in accordance with the fee schedule of the Zingst Baltic Sea Spa. In return, you will receive your spa cards, which entitle you to discounts at many events in the “Fischland – Darß – Zingst” region and around the Bodden. As a vacation guest, you can also pick up a free bus ticket for the Zingst Bus 222 at the Haus des Gastes on the pier, valid for the duration of your stay in Zingst.
