It features two double bedrooms—one of which has a private bathroom—a separate bathroom, a separate kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and a dedicated laundry area. It is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. The apartment offers a spectacular view of Brunelleschi’s dome, and the exposed wooden ceiling beams combined with the hardwood floors create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Ideally located in the heart of the UNESCO-designated area, it’s just a 20-minute walk from the main train station. A grocery store is right next door, and museums, cafés, and restaurants are only minutes away. The location is perfect for exploring Florence’s historic center, enjoying shopping and local cuisine, and taking day trips to Siena, Pisa, or the Tuscan countryside, including Montepulciano.
If you’re arriving by car, you can park outside the city center and easily reach the apartment using the electric city buses. Taxis are also a convenient option, though booking in advance is recommended. Many guests use the apartment as a base to visit other parts of Italy—such as Rome or Venice—which can be reached in under two hours by high-speed train from Santa Maria Novella.
