A charming and bright apartment with a large private terrace, located in a residential building 2 km from the Vatican City, conveniently connected to Rome's historic center by bus and the red line A subway. "Boba's House" is the ideal solution for your stay. Don't hesitate to ask, as the owner, Roberta, cares about the well-being and satisfaction of her guests and is available to accommodate their every need. The property is designed for those who appreciate comfort and tranquility. The apartment is well-equipped and meticulously furnished and spotlessly clean. Covering 94 square meters, it was recently renovated and features every comfort. Located on the ground floor, it has a 120 square meter paved garden overlooking a private road closed to traffic. It is equipped with security gates. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a very well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with a spacious bathroom with shower, and a second double bedroom with an adjacent spacious bathroom with shower. The apartment has split air conditioning and heating in every room, 3 smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.

I’m actually from Rome and I wanted an apartment close to my parents with air conditioning and space for me, my son and his girlfriend traveling from the US. Boba’s house was perfect for our needs! The weather was extremely hot and the AC was a lifesaver at night to sleep and also to take an afternoon break after walking around the city. Also having two completely separate bedrooms with independent full bathrooms was perfect for us. Subway is by far the best way to travel around Rome in the summer and the station is very close to the apartment so that worked great. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay close to the main attractions but very quiet and non tourist area. I communicated with the host on WhatsApp and we were able to check in early and check out late without any concerns which was super!

We had a great stay at Boba‘s House:The appartment is located in a very decent neighborhood with nice restaurants, shops and good public transportation. The appartment has a very bis terrace!
