The luxury villa is located on the island next to Boracay, in Caticlan—an island that is thriving due to travel restrictions on Boracay. There are now a variety of bars and restaurants there, offering plenty of variety.

Built in 2015 in the shape of an octagon, this villa offers everything you need for a dream vacation. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious veranda surrounding the loft-style living and dining area, an open kitchen, large balconies on the upper floor, a swimming pool, and a private beach approximately 50 m² wide.

A personal housekeeper discreetly handles regular cleaning, the upkeep of the property, changing the bed linens every few days, and providing fresh towels. Although he lives in a small guest house on the property, he unobtrusively ensures a smooth stay.

Security: The entire property is secured by an alarm system and equipped with motion sensors that turn on the lights when movement is detected on the grounds.

Ground Floor: The villa features a spacious veranda, a pool, a loft-style living and dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A bathroom with a toilet, tub, and shower, as well as a bedroom, complete the first floor. The 3,000 m² well-maintained tropical garden and the private beach invite you to relax.

Upper Floor: Here you’ll find another fully equipped bathroom, a guest room, and a home office. The highlight of this floor is the master bedroom, which offers a breathtaking view of the private palm grove and the ocean. The room is air-conditioned and has exclusive access to a large balcony.

All floors are made of high-quality marble.

Experience the Ati-Atihan Festival: Panay is home to the Ati-Atihan Festival, which originated here and takes place every January in honor of the Baby Jesus. During this festival, tribal groups perform dances and music in traditional costumes and with traditional weapons, accompanied by parades along the streets. It is often compared to the carnivals in Rio de Janeiro or Venice and features a spectacular procession.
