The apartment is completely step-free, features wide doors (92 cm), and has a floor-level shower with a grab bar, a shower chair, and a booster seat if needed. The sink is wheelchair-accessible. Bed linens and towels are included, and the comfortable double bed is 180 cm wide. A spacious underground parking spot and a public accessible parking space right outside the door ensure a stress-free arrival. Perfect for your accessible vacation on Lake Constance!
On-site costs: A 50% prepayment is due 30 days before arrival. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed.The tourist tax of €3.50 during peak season and €2.60 during off-season per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Electric cars may not be charged using the house’s electrical outlets. Open fires in the garden and parties (both indoors and outdoors) are not permitted. Please smoke only outdoors. You use the internet at your own risk. In case of misuse, the tenant is fully liable! The Wi-Fi password is located inside the apartment.
