About this apartment rental
Studio apartment next to the Negresco Hotel, facing the sea. The building has two entrances – one on Rue de France with all the shops nearby, and a second on the Promenade des Anglais, also facing the sea. The bus stop is right in front of the building. The metro is 150 meters away – Alsace Laurine station. The studio has been completely renovated and is very well decorated. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The small kitchen, which connects to the living room, has a bar and two high stools. It is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes. Everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy them in peace is provided. At night, the 160cm bed in the living room, with its very comfortable mattress, can be lowered. The "BadUp" ceiling-mounted pull-down bed system is sturdy and of very high quality. We provide cushions, bed linens, and towels for the bathroom. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. A lovely, quiet terrace with a pergola and a table and chairs allows you to enjoy relaxing moments in the sun. The studio is equipped with electric shutters and air conditioning.
