The accommodation comprises:
- First floor: living room/ dining room, kitchen with adjoining pantry, master suite with dressing room and bathroom, outdoor kitchen, 2 terraces with living room and dining table
- Floor 1: 3 bedrooms with bathroom, 2 of which have dressing rooms opening onto a living room and 2 terraces.
- Floor 2: living room/dining room/kitchen area equipped with bedroom, bathroom and large dressing room and large terrace with living room and breathtaking ocean view.
The floors are accessible from the first floor or a staircase on the side of the house.

Outside, you will find a 10m x 4m swimming pool with a wading pool for children. Please note that it is not secure (no barrier, no alarm, no tarpaulin). Shaded terrace with lounge next to the pool and a sun terrace with deckchairs. You will find a dining table on another shaded terrace on the garden side.

This is our holiday home, also it is very well equipped with appliances (air conditioning in all bedrooms and 2 living rooms, water heater in each bedroom, TV, washing machine, fridge freezer on the first floor and upstairs, electric oven, induction, outdoor gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, iron, grill, blender, mixer, ice cream maker,....), many dishes and household linen.

There is a TV with Canal and Netflix subscription. Internet connection via Orange fiber.

Water reserve with a booster. Power cut possible (it's Senegal...) even if more and more rare and generally short.

Cleaning is included and provided 6 days a week (mandatory because you will find the house clean and we are attentive to everything related to hygiene). Ndeye can cook Senegalese dishes on request, you will just be asked to leave him a tip.

Electricity extra, to be paid on site on the basis of a statement (no scam, rechargeable meter visible).

House accessible by 2 entrances, one of which is on the beach side where you can park your car in the enclosure.
