We can’t thank the staff English for helping create such an amazing experience for us in Egypt! They were very attentive and helpful with anything we needed and made us feel like family! Great food and great views! Thank you Ali and all the workers! Would recommend :)

We got upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and couch. We actually switched rooms three times the first room had a nice balcony but no hot tub. The second room had a hot tub but no balcony and a semi abstracted view of the pyramids. The last room was great but had limited tv and WiFi service but excellent view of the pyramids. The staff Yessir, and Yusuf were amazing. They took us everywhere we needed to go and they great recommendations for local restaurants nearby. They also book all of the excursions directly, including airport transfer, makeup, guide. Overall, a great experience. I have complaints about the trip overall, but that’s more of a general issue and not specific to the hotel. If you are going to stay in a pyramid district, this would be a good choice.
