The terrace offers sunshine from morning to night and an unparalleled panoramic view. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms, one of which is ideal for use as a home office. This home office bedroom can only be accessed through the master bedroom. The bathroom features a large bathtub and a separate shower—ideal for relaxing.
In the living room and dining room, Swedish wood-burning stoves provide cozy warmth in addition to the underfloor heating throughout the entire first floor. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure, and the loft with a reading nook and a daybed invites you to sit back and daydream.
A free parking space is available right next to the house; an electric vehicle charging station can be used upon request at cost. Its proximity to the university’s new campus also makes the house attractive for longer stays.
Large windows offer views of nature and the surrounding mountains—the house is flooded with light and creates a special atmosphere at any time of day.
Please note that the small bedroom (which can be used as a home office) is accessible only through the large bedroom.
