The building is a retirement home, which rents out rooms. Room is basic and simple. Facilities such ad the kitchen and bathroom are very good. WiFi and tv very good. Aircon excellent.
Would have been nice to have literature in the room explaining more about the property and location.
Very secure property and room with working day reception.
Location is ideal for local shops and bars. Train station 10 min walk. For a few euros, trains every 10 minutes takes you into Paris.
D green line. Use a day pass to go on all trains and busses. Including the cable train at sacre coeur.
Châtelet les halles station for Westfield shopping mall. And the Louver is 10 minutes walk away.
Nord station and 31 bus for sacre coeur basilica.
72 bus to Eiffel Tower from the Louver.
All very good, take plenty of water. And go explore.

My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality.
The one alert is that there is no sign on the building indicating it is the Zenao hotel since the hotel is housed in STELLA savior residences. Go by the address, ring the buzzer and you will find the Zenao paradise hidden behind the gate.

A safe, quiet, and convenient place. The room looks newly renovated and very clean. The front desk staff are friendly. It is convenient to get to the city's tourist attractions by transport, and also easy to shop for daily necessities nearby.
