nobody should have to deal with what we did!

we loved the whole room

we didn't like getting accused of peeing on the bed that we never even got the chance to sleep in. we called simply asking for new sheets so that the issue then could be resolved and was told my kids peed the bed and that is a lie and discrimination they don't know us or my children and we never got the chance to sleep or even sit in the bed before we noticed the pee stains on the sheets. the owner then proceeded the cuss at us and say that we where lying once again and said that she jad pictures of the bed being clean and we explained that it appeared clean due to a dark colored comforter until you pulled it back to the white sjeet bwlow the comforter. so after all we just wanted new sheets and the property owner kicked us out on the streets people who have children under the age of 10 with us and was told that it wasn't the property owners problem to go home if we didn't like it. needless to say we will never recommend anyone to this poorly ran condo and will absolutely never be back myself. you allow people to sleep in beds that are a bio hazard. absolutely disgusting and would hope that you would treat the person who is renting with a bit more respect and have some more responsibility of the property because the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and nobody should ever have to deal with this lady and her narcissistic threats and harassment . mind you she never sees the property herself she only gets pictures and whos to say her employees are not sending her old pictures of the bed being clean. idk this was absolutely the most bizarre and most disgusting experience me or my family had ever delt with.
