We really loved our guided tours and thank Mayada for helping us to select the perfect ones to get the most out of Cairo. Our guide Rami spoke very good English and was highly qualified with a Master's degree in History. We felt very lucky to have him share his knowledge and obvious passion for Egyptian history as he showed us around the pyramids and museums. Our diver Mustafa was awesome at helping us commute amongst the chaos which is Cairo's roads, and we had many laughs together as this was a huge culture shock for us.
The breakfasts were great. There was a wide selection of fresh salads, fruit, hot food and pastries. The view from the rooftop restaurant was fabulous and it was a lovely place to eat breakfast.
They need to clean the street the hotel is on, tidy up the rubbish so that when you drive up to the hotel there is a good first impression. We didn't swim in the pool as something was causing the water to go cloudy which is not normal. It would have been good to have a supply of toilet paper for our 6 night stay instead of having to ask for more each day.

My sister and I stayed for two nights
Mayada was exceptional prior and during our stay
She arranged airport transfer with a lovely driver and private day tours to Souk and Felucca sunset tour
These tours were with the fabulous Egyptologist Mido .We had lots of fun as well as a very interesting and knowledgeable guide , highly recommend his services for private tours
The staff in every part of the hotel were welcoming and always asking if we needed anything
Transport anywhere is not a problem and every care is taken to ensure we are being looked after
The Hotel is clean , room was spacious , while there were some areas that could be updated we were very comfortable
The restaurant on the rooftop was just fabulous with Pyramid view !
Mamoud from the restaurant will help with anything he can
We would stay again !

Mayada was so lovely, she booked all our tours and was always on hand to see if there was anything we needed. I was sick one day and she sent a cup of mint and ginger green tea up to the room for me, very thoughtful of her. I will always remember her for her kindness. Hanan, Romsey and Yusef were our tour guides, they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our driver was lovely even though at times he drove a little fast for my liking. We had a tour over to swim in the Red Sea that I would like to recommend. Hanah one of the receptionist was very friendly and even gave me a gift of a small ring, she was a delight as she was always so happy and vibrant.
The breakfast could be of a higher standard. Fruit and cheeses sitting out without refrigeration. Had a bit of trouble with hot water for shower, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't.

Le personnel essaie de vendre des excursions ou des guides privés à des prix dingues (exemple 450€ pour 3 personne pour une journée aux pyramides et au musée alors que la journée nous a coûté 100€ pour trois avec un guide parlant français). La nourriture de l'hôtel est immonde, nous avons payé 40€ pour des pizzas servies encore congelées. Le personnel nous dis que la piscine ferme à 21h mais nous demande de sortir à 19h30. Et si vous aimez le petit-déjeuner, ce n'est certainement pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut.
