Jimmy is a great host.-very available, welcoming and helpful. The fridge , bread box and coffee supply are well stocked for a good self serve breakfast. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. You aren’t right on top of the main center of town but it’s an easy walk to both the town center and the nearby wineries and a lovely park. Wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else.

Short walk to the shops in Niagara-on-the-Lake and a short drive to the falls. The property was clean,well equipped and the continental breakfast had everything you needed and more.
Jimmy our host was very helpful ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if and when we are back in the area.

Location was great and in a quiet spot and yet walkable to the historic downtown. Comfortable room and friendly/ helpful host.
Breakfast was slef-serve so it was very basic, but there were boiled eggs and yogurt and such in the fridge, as well as fruit and cereal, etc.

Location was good. Netflix and Prime good.
Not really a guest house. More of an Airbnb experience. Breakfast was self serve store bought poor quality baked goods. Owner popped in briefly as we arrived and left. Property a bit tired.
