This hotel is perfectly located for access without a car to DIA and to pick up a rental car by foot from inexpensive car rental locations. The staff are very helpful and the facility is spotless.
The restaurant exists, which is important considering the hotel's location. You eat more in a lobby than a restaurant, however, and the offerings are a bit limited. The food and drink were satisfactory though.

It was clean
You have to pay $15.95 to park. No microwaves in the rooms. Just one in the lobby. No free breakfast.
