It was amazing house, with everything you need. Beach is near and is a very nice one. Lot's of space outside. Great accommodations inside. Nice bathrooms with showers, everything working great. Yes only one air conditioner, but is placed in a great location so whole house gets cooled.
Well the cleanliness was almost spot on except some kitchen stuff had to been cleaned, but nothing dramatic. Also a bit too many wasps somehow came inside everyday (probably through wooden window frame), nothing problematic but not exactly superb either.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a Porozina e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è disposta su due piani e per raggiungere l’ingresso ci sono alcune scale, cosa da tenere presente soprattutto se si hanno molti bagagli.
Gli spazi interni sono comodi: ci sono due bagni, entrambi con doccia, e una delle docce è dotata anche di idromassaggio. La cucina non è attrezzatissima, ma dispone comunque del necessario. All’interno manca un vero tavolo da pranzo, ma questo per noi non è stato un problema perché gli spazi esterni sono davvero il punto forte della casa.
Fuori ci sono infatti due tavoli: uno sotto il portico, dove facevamo colazione, e uno in giardino sotto l’ombrellone, perfetto per cenare. Il giardino è immerso nel verde e la vista sulle montagne è davvero bellissima. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il clima: aria fresca e secca, tanto che la sera stavamo tranquillamente fuori fino a tardi.
L’unico aspetto un po’ scomodo è la posizione. Porozina si trova nella parte più a nord dell’isola di Cres e, se si vogliono visitare diverse spiagge e località dell’isola, bisogna considerare gli spostamenti e le strade non sempre velocissime. C’è comunque una spiaggia vicina alla casa raggiungibile anche a piedi.
Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva, soprattutto per chi cerca tranquillità, verde, fresco e tanto spazio all’aperto.
Tra gli aspetti meno comodi segnalo le scale per raggiungere l’ingresso della casa e la posizione a Porozina, nella parte più a nord dell’isola di Cres, che rende un po’ più lunghi gli spostamenti verso le altre spiagge e località dell’isola. All’interno manca inoltre un vero tavolo da pranzo e la cucina potrebbe essere un po’ più attrezzata. Nel complesso, però, sono aspetti che non hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno.

Nice location in a small village with sheep and fallow deer running around behind the property.
Entire house for yourselves.
A few things could use some maintenance or replacement.
Only one AC unit for the entire two-story house (located in the hallway).
