Horrible, not up to your standards
We were really disappointed about our stay for the following reasons: sweater smell throughout the whole house, when we arrived we were told the shower was broken in one of the rooms and technician would come and fix this right away. The airco in the same room was broken as well. He didn’t come, after 2 days they finally came. They took a long time to fix the airco. We wanted to go and visit the island and asked them to close the villa afterwards, when they were finished. When we returned we found out that they left the doors open the whole day with all our valuable stuff inside. The pool is nice, but there are only 2 pool beds that are almost falling apart. Quite limited if you advertise the house for 6 people. In the pictures online a nice gas bbq is shown, which we were looking forward to use every night. When we arrived we found it dismantled in the garage and replaced by a cheap crappy coal alternative. Worst surprise came at the end, when we had to pay an insane amount extra for use of water and electricity. Where we hardly used any water (but the gardener did every morning) and continously left the airco off with regards to the environment. I’m always happy with my bookings via the platform, because usually you know what to expect, but in this case it was a huge disappointment and not up to your platforms standards. So I would really like to be compensated for this horrible experience. Please let me know what you can do. We also discussed this with the manager of the villa.
