I told miss Opo the clerk that I was going to leave a bad review because if I tell the truth next time I’m coming, the hotel will be full and I want to be sure that I will be able to stay here again.
Here the truth :
Safe hotel, kind, fun and trusty staff
Clean and welcoming the place felt like being home.
The cleaning ladies are fun.
Miss Opo is committed to make every customer satisfied with there stay.
The hotel is relaxed and people start talking to each others.
Perfect stay Perfect place
Nothing everything was great

The receptionist was excellent and accommodating. She offered assistance with carrying our bags to our room on the 3rd floor, provided advice about the area and how to use public transport, and held our luggage after checkout because our flight was late.
It's a pity they do not have a lift, but the staff work around it.

Perfect location if you plan to have a nights rest before using the ferry or even stay in Phuket for a short time. Staff were very kind and helpful. Great value for the price as rooms felt very clean and modern.
There are no lifts so you do have to carry your luggage which can be difficult if you’re on a high floor.
