Very good location, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Good instructions for access received in advance. Overall enjoyed our stay.
It is not a separate bedroom with a door it is an open plan area with access to the living room and bathroom via the bedroom from the front door. Not an issue for us as a couple but would be if you are 2 couples or a group....
We also had an issue with the toilet flush and while our message did receive a response it wasn't actually resolved. Again we managed but response time probably needs to be a bit quicker as we had 2 days of a non functioning toilet.

Paturi confortabile.
