Nulla in particolare

I booked a standard room which was a generous size.
Shower was big, water was hot.
Breakfast had a big variety.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Location was terrible! Do not stay here unless you have a car! Taxis have a start rate of €30 because they send the taxi from Linate. A 9-min car ride cost me €52. Buses don't run on Sundays. There are no pavements to walk on so it's not safe to go on foot anywhere.
My room didn't have heating / AC didn't work. I only had a thin duvet and was cold. The shower had mould along the bottom of it.
The room rate of over €100 a night was not worth it for low season, bearing in mind the outdoor pool also wasn't fit for use.
I was charged City tax on arrival, and again on departure. The hotel didn't show me the bill until I'd paid it. I would like this refunded please.
