Let's start with the positives. The area is nice, easy to reach, in a very quiet part of the city. There's a football field just outside, but you don't hear the people playing there.
The apartment is big enough, bigger than we would ever need, but it's a nice surprise.
Mathilde is available for inquiries.
Now the part that needs to be said.
1. There were big, visible stains on the couch. We covered it with a spare bed sheet, but from this price range, I would expect everything to be clean (to be fair, I would expect it to be clean at any price range).
2. The main bed was squeaking terribly. And I mean really badly. Every move was accompanied by a terrible squeak that inevitably woke up the other person. This should definitely be at the top of the list of things to fix because sleep is crucial.
3. What's with all the wall plugs that seem to be pulled out? There's one on the balcony, one in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom. They were all pulled out of their sockets, as if someone had tried to repair them but stopped halfway.
4. The check-in procedure is quite confusing. The instructions didn't specify that the * key needed to be pressed before entering the code. We had a few failed attempts before someone opened the door and explained what we needed to do. Mathilde sent a video of the entire process, but it was in French. Even if something was said behind the camera, we couldn't understand it. It would be helpful to include this information in the text instructions as well.
5. The wifi name specified in the instructions doesn't exist.
Some are small details, some are bigger, but sometimes even small things can make your stay so much better!

Emplacement top.
Appartement grand et belle terrasse.
Pas de papier toilette.
Pas de produits pour la douche.
Odeur pas très agréable.
Des capsules de café usagées sur la table en arrivant.
Mobilier de mauvaise qualité.
Ménage fait de manière superficielle. Des toiles d'araignée dans la chambre, de la poussière sur tous les meubles...
C'est dommage, car l'appartement en lui même est très bien.
