For the comfort of our guests, the entire house is air-conditioned, while a wood stove will allow you to make beautiful fires during the coolest evenings.
Outside, its large 70m² wooden terrace with lounge and dining area, will allow you to access the swimming pool reserved for your sole use, and heated from May to mid-October.

* A large living room of more than 45m² largely open onto the terrace and the garden, thanks to its two large bay windows, allowing communication between the inside and the outside ideal in summer.

- a comfortable lounge area with sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for more sleeping flexibility), armchair, ottoman, coffee table, TV stand, Smart TV, speaker and DVD player.
Multiple board games and DVDs are available to our guests to offer you happy moments of conviviality with family or friends.
