Welcome to TinyWoodsEscape, a wooded 400 sq ft tiny home in Oakland, Tennessee, about 20 minutes outside Memphis. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large covered deck, this modern tiny home offers the convenience of a vacation rental with the charm of a cabin getaway.
Great for families, couples, professionals, and anyone visiting the area, TinyWoodsEscape has room to relax while still offering the experience of tiny home living. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

• Two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed
• Sleeper sofa in the living area
• Sleeps up to 6 guests
BATHROOMS:
• Two full bathrooms with stand-up showers
• Tankless water heater for a reliable supply of hot water
LIVING & WORK SPACE:
• Open-concept living area combining a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge space
• Reliable Wi-Fi for staying connected, working remotely, or streaming entertainment
• Smart TVs
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY:
• Kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, electric stove, and microwave
• In-unit washer/dryer combo for added convenience
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy the large covered deck with outdoor seating, a dining area, and space to relax after a day of exploring. Unwind around the outdoor fire pit under the stars.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Check-in is after 4 PM / Check-out is before 11 AM. No pets allowed. Free parking on the property. A $250 refundable security deposit hold is required before arrival and is released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the rental terms.

If you are over 6' you might feel like a giant and nothing fits. Overall, it was nice, clean , and peaceful. We had a good time while we were there. It was so nice to sit out on the porch and hear nature.
