A modern and cozy vacation rental with 35 square meters of living space and a well-designed floor plan awaits you for your vacation in Germany’s most beautiful mountain region, the Allgäu. You’ll have access to a spacious living room with a new fold-down bed to make the most of the space, as well as a small but separate kitchen equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and everything you need to prepare meals. A new bathroom with a bathtub, a beautiful second-floor balcony, an indoor pool with a 6x10m water surface and a water temperature of 28 degrees, and a sauna round out the amenities. The apartment is equipped with modern technology, including high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, a 43-inch smart TV with access to streaming services, a Blu-ray player, Apple TV, Alexa voice control, a Bluetooth sound system, and a cell phone charging station. From the apartment and the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the Sonnenköpfe, the Rubi and Nebelhorn to the east, and the Hörner to the west. The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained residential complex and is very quiet. Right in front of the building is a bus stop with buses heading toward Oberstdorf and, in the opposite direction, toward the Riedberg Pass and Balderschwang. From here, guests can take free hourly buses to the ski areas and mountains. Access to the cross-country ski trails is right outside the house. The nearest major mountain railway is 3 km away in Bolsterlang; Ofterschwang is 7 km away, and Grasgehren is 5 km away. The Hörnerdörfer summer mountain lift ticket is included in the price and is free for guests.
