Please note: Palm & Pebble is a private guesthouse (studio) behind our family home. We live on site, and the backyard, pool, spa, fire pit, and bocce area are shared with our family. Your studio has its own private entrance, and the main house and its deck are private.

Enter through your own private entrance — a cheerful sage green door that leads into your personal oasis. You'll check yourself in with a unique code for the electronic lock, shared with you the morning of arrival.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the full backyard experience, including the sparkling pool, spa, fire pit, and twinkle-lit bocce court. For privacy, we kindly ask that you avoid walking up to the main house deck.



Shared Pool



Enjoy a refreshing dip in our beautifully maintained shared pool, available to you throughout your stay. This is shared with our family and not an exclusive use but if you prefer to reserve it for private use with an extra fee, feel free to let us know ahead of time.



✨ Other Things to Note



Kitchen:

Wolf induction cooktop, French door fridge, compact oven, microwave, and electric kettle. Fully stocked with pantry basics and quality cookware — everything you need to prepare a real meal.



Laundry:

We've replaced the washer and dryer with a new dishwasher to make kitchen cleanup easier. While there's no in-unit laundry now, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby.



Bathroom:

Spacious and spa-inspired, featuring a teak bench, plush towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience.



Pool:

Enjoy the California sunshine poolside. Please note: swim at your own risk — supervision required for children under 14 and pets.



Clothing:

Iron and ironing board, drying rack, wardrobe with shelves and hangers, two luggage stands, and bonus closet space in the bathroom.



Dogs:

We love dogs and welcome them with prior approval ($100 pet fee per dog). No cats, please. For stays over 2 nights, an additional $10–$20/night may apply. Dog bed and bowls provided. Supervised backyard visits and clean-up required. A peaceful trail for dog walks is just minutes away.



Location Highlights:

We’re just a stone’s throw from JPL; 5–10 minutes to the Rose Bowl; 15 minutes to Caltech, PCC, Old Town Pasadena, and Glendale; about 30 minutes to USC and Universal Studios; and around an hour to Disneyland and Orange County.



Conveniences Nearby:

Four grocery stores within 5 minutes — and Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, PetSmart, and several restaurants are within easy walking distance.
