Gute Lage, mehr aber nicht. Ein Hochbett mit fast 60 geht auch gar nicht!
Die Lage war gut
Es war nicht möglich den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Schlüssel waren im Nebeneingang in einem Tresor gelagert. Man musste alle sechs Tresore ausprobieren, weil nicht übermittelt wurde welcher es ist. Das Appartement war in einem normalen Mietshaus. Auf dem Schlüssel stand die Adresse, aber nicht um welche Wohnung es sich handelt. Ich habe an mindestens acht Wohnungen geklingelt, wenn nicht reagiert wurde , habe ich den Schlüssel probiert. Bei meinem letzten Versuch wurde mir die Tür geöffnet, nachdem ich den Schlüssel schon eingesteckt habe. Die zum Glück nette Dame hat mir dann die richtige Wohnung gezeigt.

Wenig empfehlenswert.
Zimmer liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell fußläufig an den wichtigsten Punkten in Schwerin.
Es war schon abenteuerlich, Wohnung und Parkplatz zu finden, da beides nicht gekennzeichnet ist.Es zog auch Ärger mit anderen Mietern nach sich,da wir natürlich einen Parkplatz belegten, der einen Anderen gehörte.
Die ganze Beschreibung des "Apartment" stimmte nicht mit den Gegebenheiten überein.
Extra Schlafzimmer war nicht vorhanden und das Französische Bett war ein Hochbett. Dieses ist für ältere Personen total ungeeignet,da nicht mal ein Geländer am Aufstieg befestigt war und es schwierig wäre im Dunkeln unfallfrei aus dem Hochbett zu klettern .
Beschreibung wurde nach unserer Beschwerde geändert.
Im Bad wäre eine Grundreinigung erforderlich.
TV war in Ordnung, allerdings war außer ZDF keine anderen wichtigen Sender zu empfangen.

Eine Herausforderung an mein Durchhaltevermögen und meine Toleranz.
Unterkunft ist zentral und Stadtnah gelegen.
Wohnung wurde als Nichtraucherwohnung angeboten.
Das ist leider nicht so. Der Kippengeruch kam einem beim öffnen der Stürze sofort entgegen. Beiden Aschenbecher (auf den Fensterbänken draußen) wurde von uns umgehend auf den Hausflur verlagert. Nach dem Lüften war es dann auch ok. Die nächste schreckliche Erfahrung war dann der seit einer Ewigkeit nicht geleerte Mülleimer unter dem Hochbett. Dort wurde anno dazumal eine Terrine entsorgt und diese hat nach Bewegen des Eimers sofort begonnen stark zu riechen (noch nie sowas erlebt). Weiter ging es leider mit der Aussicht, welche angegeben wurde. Ob sie nun gut oder schlecht ist, sei dahingestellt. Hat mich auch nicht interessiert, aber die Fenster waren einfach nur dreckig und das so sehr, dass man auch hier leider vermuten muss, dass diese schon sehr sehr lange keine Wasser mit Reinigungsmittel versetz gesehen haben. Leider war es das dann immer noch nicht. Auch der Zentimeterdicke Staub auf dem Küchenoberschrank hat gezeigt, dass Reinigung ein Begriff ist, der unterschiedlich ausgelegt werden kann. Wir haben es vermieden die 2 Tage des Aufenthalts zu duschen, weil im Bad leider Haste vom Vorgänger zu finden waren (ohne das wir sie gesucht haben). Auf diversen Oberflächen war Staub. All das hat uns dazu veranlasst die Dusche zu meiden. All dies waren Erlebnisse, auf die ich hätte verzichten können. Ich will nicht meckern und bin auch nicht pingelig. Ausstattung, Lage und dieser ganze rotz sind für mich dann eher zweitrangig und ich bin gut darin Abstriche zu machen, wenn ich dadurch im vergleich zu anderen Angeboten ein bisschen was sparen kann. Beispiele sind hier: laute Heizungen und Kühlschrank, keine Verdunkelungsrollos also früh wach, Hochbett, Wohnung schwer zu finden, TV geht nicht außer ZDF, keine vollausgestattete Küche.
Was allerdings nicht geht, ist die Sauberkeit zu vernachlässigen. Aus meiner dich war das leider eine glatte 6. bei längerem Aufenthalt hätten wir abgebrochen. Mit mir so nicht wieder.
